Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed later, or on Saturday and public holidays, move into the next working day's queue.

Every Nityagro order is carefully packed to ensure your products reach you safely and in good condition.

Products are protected with food-grade bubble film, cushioned with shredded kraft paper, and packed securely in double-walled corrugated boxes.

Each parcel is securely sealed before dispatch to help ensure your order reaches you safely and just as it left us.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive delivery updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, along with tracking details where available.

What Happens If You Miss a Delivery?

Our delivery partner may make multiple delivery attempts before an undelivered parcel is returned to us.

To help ensure a smooth delivery:

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Keep your phone number reachable around the expected delivery date.

Make sure someone is available to receive the order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated delivery failure/non-availability, a re-shipping charge of NPR 120 will apply.
